Wind Mitigation Inspections
During a Wind Mitigation Inspection, a certified inspector looks for specific features of the Home that would reduce the amount of damage your home may suffer in the event of a strong windstorm, such as a Hurricane. These specific features limit damage caused by intense wind and are applied to the Home through certain building techniques during, and sometimes after, the original construction. a wind mitigation inspection is needed by Most Insurance Companies to determine which credits apply to a home.
Roof Certification
A Roof Certification is an inspection of the roof materials and it's condition. This report is usually requested for insurance purposes when a roof has been updated or repaired, but there were no county or city permits pulled by the owner or roofer for the work completed, which makes it difficult to determine the exact age and remaining life left of the roof system.

Pre-Market
Inspections
A Pre-Market Inspection is a Home Inspection that is performed before a property is listed for sale. This can be very informative to the Seller and will give them an opportunity to make any necessary repairs that may impact sale.​
Re-Inspections
After a Home Inspection, it is possible that repairs are performed to remedy any defects that are found during the evaluation. It is not uncommon for a Buyer to request a Home Inspection to Re-inspect a home as further evident that the repairs were fixed correctly

1 Year Warranty
The 1 Year Warranty inspection is a home inspection services that is for New Construction Homes in which the builder provides a Warranty for the first year. This inspection service will provide a report of any items that need to be repaired by the builder before the end of your first year in the home. This inspection is usually scheduled around the 10-11 month mark.
